Update on the Lean Accounting Trip to Japan

Lean pioneer, Norman Bodek announced on January 25, 2010 that the Lean Accounting Trip to Japan has only 7 spots remaining. The trip is limited to only 20 individuals to maximize learning and interaction.

Arrive in Japan on the afternoon of Day 2

Day 3

Bus to meeting place
Trip orientation and workshop with Norman Bodek
 
   

Late morning and afternoon workshop with
Mr. Monden. Topics will include:

    1) Mini-profit center / line-company systems
    2) Kaizen cost management / kaizen costing
    3) Target costing

Workshop with Mr. Tanaka
     1) "J Cost" Theory: An evaluation measure of the effect of TPS.
