Lean Accounting Summit Agenda Set

New topics to delve even deeper into "accounting for lean"

The 2009 Lean Accounting Summit agenda is set. The Summit will take place September 22-23, 2009 at Walt Disney World's Contemporary Resort. Many new topics have been added this year to reflect the advancing knowledge and understanding of lean accounting. Timely sessions like "Working Capital Management in Recessionary Times" will be offered in Track 3, which for the first time includes a presentation specific to healthcare organizations. Track 2 offers some outstanding case studies, one of which is delivered by Wahl Clipper and is titled "Beyond Lean Accounting." For the beginner, Track 1 includes the foundations of lean accounting, but also offers a few new twists for those a little further down the road.
